Requirements :
• Applicant should be a Lebanese resident
• Applicant’s age should be over 21 and not exceeding 64 by the end of the loan period.
• For employees: applicant should have completed the probationary period with the employer, Minimum one year with the same employer.
• For self-employed: minimum 2 years in the same business, guarantee(s) may be required.
• The monthly installment should not exceed one third of the applicant’s (or family’s) income.
• Documents required: copy of ID, Residence certificate, salary certificate. For the employee we need authenticated salary certificate. For company or establishment owners we need the trade circular, commercial register, financial statements and banks statement of account for the last 2 years. For self-employed we need revenue declaration, profession syndicate card if available, financial statements and banks statement of account for the last 2 years.
